We have locations in South Florida, Orlando, Tampa Bay Area, and West Central Florida. Job Purpose:
To upkeep our standards of providing excellent quality and timely service to our customers across the state of Florida. Maintain company safety standards to make sure all service personnel return home safe.Duties:
Answering incoming service request via phone or email. Monitor and lead the team of technicians to ensure high levels of safety and customer service. Schedule and ensure work completion. Update service request as required to properly manage inventory flow and service personnel accountability. Create customer invoices by entering information from work orders into our Order Entry Program. Verify quantity and costing of products delivered, customers pricing, and services performed. Contact customers for purchase orders when required. Mail, fax, or email customers a copy of the finalized invoice daily. Process cash, checks, and credit cards for each day's business. Coordinating with warehouse and vendors. Filing of vendor invoices and days business. Plan service personnel work schedule including night call rotation and time off.Skills/Qualifications:
Communication Skills, People Skills, Team Building, Telephone etiquette, Organized, Attention to Detail, General Math Skills, Data Entry, Excel, Outlook and Word. Any type of experience with Tires and or construction equipment is helpful but not a requirement.Job Type:
