Service Manager - Lead the Team, Drive Performance Midwest Machinery Co. (MMC) is a fast-growing, family-owned John Deere dealership with 29 locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The Position $70,000-95,000 Salary We're looking for a strong, people-focused Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Service Department. This role is responsible for driving performance, supporting technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll oversee scheduling, workflow, and team development while maintaining a focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability. Success in this role comes from strong leadership, organization, and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals. Purpose The focus of this role is to run the Service Department efficiently improving processes, increasing labor sales, and controlling costs.
