We're looking for an experienced leader to drive our service department while delivering an exceptional guest experience that keeps customers saying, "You've got to tell your friends about them!" Responsibilities Ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and friendly service that exceeds expectations Act as the key liaison between technicians, service advisors, and guests to maintain clear communication and a seamless service experience Lead, coach, hire, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians Drive a culture of excellence with a passion for achieving and maintaining high standards Forecast departmental budgets, establish performance goals, and monitor progress to drive success Oversee department payroll and effectively manage expenses Maintain strong departmental profitability and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance while meeting both internal and manufacturer expectations Qualifications Previous automotive service management experience Leadership experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record As part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
