Service Manager Trainee

A Manager in Training is responsible for the effective overall operation of the store (Automotive Repair Shop) through motivational leadership and is responsible for delivering expected sales and customer service throughout the unit; ensuring the store and service center operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal and state regulations; provides technical, administrative, operational and motivational direction to develop a dynamic high-performance team.

You need to have:

Two years of related experience in retail automotive management or auomotive service repair environment. Completion of a two-year college or technical school program Equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results Current, valid driver's license issued in the state of residence. Strong verbal and written communication skills Approachability / Customer Focus Strong people management and leadership skills Ability to meet Sales, Profit, and Productivity goals. Customer Service Skills Open schedule availability to work; days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
