This role will work closely with office staff, field technicians, installers, and leadership to help coordinate scheduling, support installation workflows, review project readiness, and assist in maintaining a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping teams stay organized, improving processes, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment. Experience within the chimney, fireplace, HVAC, or related home service industries is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling Assist in coordinating daily schedules for service technicians and installation crews Help adjust schedules based on customer needs, workload, and job progress Support communication between office staff, field teams, and customers to keep projects moving smoothly Project & Installation Support Help oversee installation projects from scheduling through completion Review project readiness including materials, permits, access, and scheduling logistics Assist in resolving operational challenges that may impact timelines or customer experience Sales Order & Workflow Coordination Review sales orders and project details for accuracy and completeness prior to scheduling Help ensure materials, documentation, and permits are prepared before work begins Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to clarify project scope when needed Team Support & Leadership Serve as a resource for technicians, installers, and office staff Support a positive, team-focused work environment centered around communication and accountability Assist leadership in maintaining safety standards and quality workmanship Customer Experience Help ensure customers receive timely communication and a positive overall experience Assist with customer concerns and scheduling coordination as needed Work with the team to maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the project process Process Improvement & Reporting Assist in identifying opportunities to improve scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency Help monitor operational KPIs and team productivity Collaborate with leadership on continuous process improvements and best practices Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in service operations, project coordination, scheduling, or related roles Experience supporting installation projects or field service teams preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Technical knowledge of chimney, fireplace, HVAC, or related home service industries preferred Experience with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus) Positive leadership and team collaboration skills Key Competencies Organization and time management Communication and teamwork Customer service mindset Problem-solving and adaptability Attention to detail Ability to support multiple moving parts simultaneously Why Join Lindemann?
