Service Person - Water Utilities

Serviceperson - Department of Public Works / Water Utility Borough of Chatham The Borough of Chatham Department of Public Works / Water Utility is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team. Candidates with experience in public works, water utility operations, construction, maintenance, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Position Responsibilities Perform water utility maintenance and repairs Assist with water main and water service installations and repairs Conduct roadway, grounds, and municipal property maintenance Operate light and heavy equipment Participate in snow removal operations and emergency response activities Perform general labor and maintenance duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience in public works, water utility operations, or construction Basic knowledge of plumbing or water distribution systems Ability to safely operate equipment, machinery, and power tools Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to read, write, and speak

English Salary & Benefits Salary Range:
