Service Plumber

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines, using your technical expertise to get the job done right the first time Install, maintain, and replace plumbing components in line with local codes, safety standards, and best practices Provide clear, professional guidance to customers, explaining your findings and recommended solutions in a way that builds trust and confidence Deliver exceptional customer service on every call, creating a positive experience that keeps clients coming back Work efficiently without compromising quality, completing service calls with attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship Document work accurately, including service reports, job details, and any necessary follow-up to ensure smooth operations and accountability

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a company vehicle. 2+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or service-based). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve plumbing issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical details to customers. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety procedures, including drain cleaning machines, water heaters, and pipe systems.
