$18-$22/hour + Commission Blackburn Foundation Repair has been serving South Dakota in waterproofing, radon mitigation, foundation repair, and concrete repair since 1992. Now, we're looking for the next Service Sales Technician to step into a critical role on our team—someone who can serve, solve, and sell with confidence. This isn't an entry-level "ride along" position. This is an opportunity to own your day, build relationships, and directly impact your income and your future.

What You'll Do:

Maintain, service, and troubleshoot installed waterproofing and foundation systems Diagnose issues and confidently present solutions to homeowners Disassemble, clean, and rebuild sump pump systems and related components Educate customers on additional protection options—doing what's right, not what's easy Collaborate with production and office teams to deliver a seamless experience Hit and exceed sales goals through honest, needs-based recommendations Participate in ongoing training—we invest heavily in our people

What We're Looking For:

Strong communicator who can build trust quickly Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do Mechanically inclined—you enjoy figuring things out and fixing problems Customer-first mindset with a natural ability to educate, not pressure Sales confidence (or the drive to develop it) Experience in construction, waterproofing, or in-home sales is a plus—but not required Valid driver's license with a clean MVR Blackburn Foundation Repair is an equal opportunity employer.
