What You'll Do Execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all TeslaproductsCollaborate with team members to maximizerepair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, including vehicle cleaning anddetailingOperate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shoptoolsUtilize a companysupplied laptop for diagnostics and onlinetrainingAccurately document repairs and inspect andmaintainshop equipment, requesting replacements as necessaryProvide direct feedback to Tesla's design and engineering teams to continuously enhance repair procedures andproductsMaintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamicenvironmentWhat You'll Bring Proven ability to adapt tonew technologies, innovate, follow instructions attentively, and effectively manage multiple priorities to meetdeadlinesSection 609 Refrigerant handling certification,preferredEvidence of a "safety first" attitudeBasic command of the English languageProficiencyin fundamental computer skills, including web browsing and standard applications such as Excel and WordValid driver's licenserequiredCompensation and BenefitsBenefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
