• Orem, Utah, United States Our company in Orem, Utah, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing top-notch service to our customers. This role will involve diagnosing and repairing equipment, as well as interacting with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you Your part in our team: Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems to restore full functionality.
• Install and set up our products and systems according to specifications.
• Test and verify the proper functioning of our EFOY fuel cells after repairs or installations.
• Coordinate with other service centers and the HQ for data exchange to optimize service and customer experience. Provide technical support and customer service:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Offer guidance and instructions to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products.
• Identify and address customer concerns or complaints, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers.

What you should bring along:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• technical certification or degree in a related field, customer service experience is a plus
• Experience with preparing quotations and with ERP Systems.
• Familiarity with energy or related industries.
