Service Technician-Agricultural Equipment-Grundy Center, IA

Oxbo is seeking responsible individuals for troubleshooting/repair, machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our products. This position is responsible for providing high quality technical and customer support through trouble shooting/diagnosis and sound, timely problem solving. Duties will will be performed either at our location or at the customer's site.

Qualifications include:

Vocational training, and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology. Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills. Maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals and schematics. Clean driving record. Successful candidates will... Have excellent communication skills to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers. Be able to prioritize and multi task within our fast paced environment. Be safety conscious and committed to following and supporting company safety policies. Work a flexible schedule that may include emergency/after-hours service on a rotating basis including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
