Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Window Cleaning Technichian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows and glass surfaces of buildings, ensuring they are spotless and streak-free. This role involves working at various heights and handling specialized cleaning equipment and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and techniques. Remove dirt, smudges, and other imperfections from glass surfaces. Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to reach high windows safely. Operate power washers, squeegees, and other cleaning equipment. Inspect and report any damage or issues with windows and glass surfaces. Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs or replacements needed. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is preferred. Ability to work at heights and use ladders and scaffolding safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently. Basic understanding of cleaning solutions and equipment maintenance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the job).

Skills:

Proficient in using cleaning tools and equipment. Knowledge of safety procedures related to window cleaning. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

Work may involve standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. Exposure to various weather conditions while working outdoors. Potential exposure to cleaning chemicals and solutions. Working at heights, requiring the use of ladders, lifts, or scaffolding.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with bending, reaching, and climbing. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
