Pella Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Technician to repair, troubleshoot, and service premium window and door products in residential homes. This is an ideal opportunity for a mid-career trades professional who enjoys hands-on work, independence, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do Perform service repairs and adjustments on windows and doors Troubleshoot product and installation issues in the field Work directly with homeowners to ensure a positive service experience Safely transport materials, tools, and products to job sites Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with internal teams Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail What We're Looking For Carpentry, construction, mechanical, or service repair experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules Comfortable using power tools and working in varying environments Valid driver's license with clean driving record Why Join Us? Pay:

$24.50•$27.50 per hour
