Our team is currently seeking a Service Technician that is ready to coordinate and promote service repair work, including pre-delivery inspections and demo preparation. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed in the field. Trouble shooting and repairing complex Industrial equipment in a timely manner which includes hydraulic and electrical circuits, engines, frames, tracks. Document labor, parts used, and description of work performed assuring that work orders can be closed and billed as communicated. Liaise with factory personnel on service and parts issues and utilize service reference manuals as needed. Ensure technician work areas, equipment yard, and service shop are safe and organized. Adhere to overall Company policies and procedures, with emphasis on Health and Safety regulations.POSITION SKILLS/ABILITIES
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with a desire to take initiative and accept responsibility. Must be able to read hydraulic and electrical schematics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills. Problem solving Ability to maintain a professional presence, ensuring satisfactory resolutions to problems or concerns. Proficient in Microsoft OfficePOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience with heavy equipment operation Has own tools and willingness to purchase tools as required. Certain job specific tools are provided by the company. Possess Class A CDL or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment. Previous experience with equipment/supplies distribution or service reception functions is an asset. Travel as required. May include overnight stays. Be willing to work inside or outside in all weather conditions.Job Type:
