Service Technician (Irrigation)

Dusty's is hiring a Irrigation Service Technician for the upcoming season - and we're looking for reliable, driven individuals to grow with us!

What You'll Do:

As a technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' systems operate at peak performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing seasonal startups and blowouts Handling service and maintenance calls Wiring controllers and valves Trenching, pulling pipe, and pressure testing Installing heads, rotors, valves, and other irrigation components Operating equipment and maintaining a clean, well-stocked service vehicle We use a user-friendly, web-based scheduling system managed by our Office Coordinator. Technicians are expected to use smartphone apps efficiently and log clear, descriptive notes after each job to keep communication smooth across the team.

An insurable driving record A strong work ethic and attention to detail The ability to learn quickly and work independently or with a crew A professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for working in customer homes, including consideration of highly visible tattoos or imagery that could impact customer comfort Prior irrigation experience (a plus, but not required — we train the right people!)

Compensation & Schedule:

$18-$28/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with occasional

Saturdays Season:

Mid-March through

November Bonus:
