With an industry leading customer service process, we were afforded the opportunity to broaden our market by opening locations in Foxboro and Boston, MA as well as Northern NH; all while acquiring several premium OEM brands. In the last two years MOMS has grown tremendously by adding five locations throughout the New England region, increasing our footprint to 8 locations! We are actively recruiting Service Technicians to join our team of industry experts at our Enfield, CT location. Our mission is to provide Technicians with on-site support including a dedicated Service Dispatcher and Expeditor to maximize Technician billed hours. Our proven process will allow you to produce top quality work while maintaining a healthy work life balance. Responsibilities Maintain, repair, diagnose and accessorize vehicles as required. Perform assigned tasks according to factory specifications with the highest level of quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes and models. Diagnose issues related to brake systems, engines, transmissions, electrical systems and other mechanical components. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems effectively. Communicate necessary information to service advisors for any additional actions to complete repair orders. Request and list necessary parts to complete jobs. Thoroughly document all maintenance and repairs performed on the vehicle in Lightspeed DMS system. Maintain a clean work area. Assist other technicians as needed. Minimize improper diagnosis and return visits. Complete any seasonal projects as assigned Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or GED required 2 years+ of powersports dealership experience Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement MMI or equivalent/ OEM certification preferred Candidate to provide own tools References Skills Exceptional Mechanical Aptitude Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Quality work with a focus on customer satisfaction Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Computer skills Team player
