Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Monitor sales, productivity, and store performance goals Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed Write up service orders and clearly communicate repair details Provide estimates for tires, repairs, and maintenance services Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate work Keep customers informed throughout the service process Handle phone calls, scheduling, and general front counter duties Process invoices and payments Experience Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
