Service Writer/Dispatcher

Service Writer/Dispatcher looking for individual with experience or wanting to try something new. Will train the right person! Pay will be according to skill level. Full benefits package available health insurance, 401K, 401K matching 4%, paid vacation and holidays. Monday through Friday - 7:30am - 5:30pm

Hours may vary. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating Invoices and Make any corrections that are needed Assist with Checking In Inventory and processing of income products Excellent telephone skills, answering questions/providing accurate quotes upon request Communicating with customers to determine the nature of their visit Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner Handle cash and credit card transactions Knowledge of QuickBooks for invoicing Computer skills a must Making Purchase Orders, and ordering parts for vehicles

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
