Service/Installation Technician

Culligan Technologies is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and works well in a team environment. This position offers long-term opportunity, steady hours, and room for advancement within the company. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and service water treatment equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues Provide professional and friendly customer service Complete service calls and preventative maintenance appointments Maintain accurate service records and paperwork Work closely with office staff and team members to ensure customer satisfaction Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50lbs and move equipment as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, or service work is a plus, but not required
