• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
• Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
• Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
• Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ten (10) years experience as SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. • Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.

• ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.
