Bell Forklift . Service Department office dispatch/admin for Michigan's #1 Toyota Forklift Dealer. Monday-Friday, Hourly Position.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Dispatch Scheduling Calling on Customers Working with the parts department. Calling on Accounts/Scheduling. Generate Weekly Reports. Light Office Duties. Data entry

Knowledge & Experience Of How Computer Systems, Databases, and Their Functionality Work. Must be Proficient with Word and Excel. Must possess effective communication skills and have solid organizational and project management skills. Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Acquired Knowledge :

Basic Knowledge of the Industrial Equipment/Automotive a plus. Proficient , office electronics and software applications.
