Servicing Support Specialist Challenge Financial Services Orange, CA Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Microsoft Outlook Filing Scanning Analysis skills Quantitative analysis Negotiation Full Job Description Servicing Support Specialist The key responsibilities of this role will be to support day-to-day operations of Challenge Financial. All tasks are to be performed in compliance with established internal control procedures and compliance regulations.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries, including but not limited to, title issues, payoffs, insurance updates, etc..... Daily set up and posting of company-wide electronic payments. Post manual payments consisting of walk-in payments, insurance settlements, recovery payments and customer payoffs. Process repo sales and update repossession module in the L.O.S. Generate welcome, collection (including NOI), and related letters and process postage for all outgoing mail. Process and scan all incoming mail and delivery packages. Be responsible for performing administrative duties, including scanning and creating folders for new contracts received daily. Perform related duties, such as assisting with Accounts Payable, as needed.
Qualifications / Skills
Success with CFS in your current role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc) Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and acute problem-solving ability. Must be results oriented and possess a high level of personal initiative. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as necessary.
