Troubleshooting Support — Diagnose and correct mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Quality Verification — Inspect parts during and after setup to ensure proper dimensions and quality standards. Preventive Maintenance — Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on machines. Documentation Updates — Record setup parameters, production data, and maintenance notes accurately. Qualifications Mechanical Aptitude — Ability to understand mechanical systems, tooling, and machine functions. Experience With Production Equipment — Previous setup, machine operation, or maintenance experience preferred. Blueprint/Spec Reading — Ability to read and interpret basic prints, work orders, and setup sheets. Problem-Solving Skills — Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail. Physical Requirements — Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift. About Express Employment
