Our client is looking for a Silver Sewers who have the ability to constantly display moderate to experience sewing skills in regards to the company's products

What You'll Be Doing:

Ability to sew a wide range of products using various industrial machines according to job requirements that consist of proof reading and sewing instructions. Knowledge in inspect for imperfections in material or threads or discover mistakes in patterns or instructions. Once discovered employee is expected to resolve these issues with the manager or supervisor if not able to resolve themselves Meet or exceed all production sewing goals/quotas Understanding of TCM and workflow outputting Comply with all safety standards for sewing machinery operation Responsible for routine light maintenance of sewing machinery as required Organizing ability

• simultaneously handle several assignments, prioritize, and plan work activities, use time efficiently and set and meet goals and objectives Quality
• maintain accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to promote quality, while increasing productivity at the same time as well as monitor work to ensure quality Occasional overtime as required to meet customer needs All other duties as assigned by supervisor What makes you a great fit: High school diploma or equivalent is required Moderate Sewing experience required Proficiency in cutting materials according to patterns Ability to accurately set up and operate a sewing machine Capability to work with heavy and large material Ability to read, write and comprehend simple English instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure Basic computer skills Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions Physical demands: Frequently required to stand, walk, reach Vision requirements•close vision, distance vision, depth perception Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
