Job Description

Two Openings:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 7 am - 3 pm 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm - $1 Shift Premium Are you skilled with a sewing machine and take pride in creating high-quality products? At Serigraph, we're looking for detail-driven, hands-on team members to help turn creative designs into real-world products. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing a finished product come together, this is the role for you. \n What You'll Do Operate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual) Apply finishing elements like zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pockets Perform fit checks on frames and hardware when required Inspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standards Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly Read and follow work orders and specifications Use measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracy Record production data using internal systems (ERP or similar) What Makes You a Great Fit Has experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated) Takes pride in precision and attention to detail Can read job orders and follow instructions confidentlyIs comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment Communicates well and works effectively in a team Stays organized and manages time efficiently What You'll Bring Basic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.) Ability to identify and correct quality issues Strong work ethic and commitment to safety High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) \n If you're ready to put your sewing skills to work and be part of a team that values quality, craftsmanship, and collaboration—we'd love to hear from you.
