We're Hiring For:

Contract Specialist (1099): Enjoy the freedom of managing your own schedule while benefiting from our brand, location, and marketing support. Ideal for the self-motivated practitioner with an established or growing clientele.

Commission Specialist:

Work with Elegant Aesthetics' established client base. All supplies, products, and equipment are provided—just bring your talent, passion, and drive. This role offers a competitive commission split on all services and retail bonuses, with immense growth potential within our medspa.

Who You Are:

A Licensed Cosmetologist in Colorado , with all DORA requirements current and in good standing. Passionate about hair health, wellness, and providing a transformative, relaxing client experience. An excellent communicator who can educate clients on the benefits of treatments and build lasting relationships. Highly professional, with an interest in the broader field of medical aesthetics and a desire to learn. Goal-oriented and motivated to grow your income by cross-selling and recommending other valuable services offered at our medspa.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform luxurious and therapeutic Japanese Head Spa treatments, including detailed scalp/hair analysis, custom treatment plans, extended massage, and advanced cleansing/conditioning protocols. Provide expert consultations to understand client concerns and educate them on the benefits of hair health for overall hair vitality and relaxation. Proactively identify client needs and effectively cross-sell other medspa services, such as Botox, Morpheus, laser treatments, body contouring, or injectable consultations. Maintain a pristine and sanitary workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment meet the highest health and safety standards. Utilize our salon software for efficient appointment scheduling and client record management. Deliver five-star customer service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and positive reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold a current Colorado Cosmetologist license. Proven experience in a high-end salon, spa, or medspa environment. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed service and retail sales goals is highly desirable. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset. Ready to Elevate Your Career?
