As a Shift Lead, you will be the key person responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and experience managing teams in quick service or casual dining settings. Your enthusiasm and management abilities will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. This Job is a full time position and requires 5 days minimum per week including the weekends. We are looking for a Daytime shift lead and a Night time shift lead. You must have prior experience working in a fast paced restaurant to be considered.

DAY SHIFT

Sun-Wed 10:30-5pm Thurs-Sat 10:30-6pm or

NIGHT SHIFT

Sun-Wed 4pm-12am Thurs-Sat 6pm-2am Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service. Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold service standards. Manage food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in all menu items. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste. Enforce food safety protocols and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent service. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or restaurant supervision within quick service or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with cash handling procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing potential team members. Familiarity with food safety regulations, inventory control, and food handling best practices. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and interact positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in hospitality management, catering, or hotel environments is a plus.
