Shift Lead

Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, outgoing individual who will assist our management team as a Shift Lead. This is a role for someone with team management skills who understands hard work, how to deliver and train others to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. This person should love dogs - and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!

And PLAY to your fullest potential As a Shift Lead, you are responsible for working with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfies our customers. A minimum of 1 year of professional dog-related experience is highly preferred. A minimum of 1 year of management experience will also be considered. This position starts at $21 an hour with opportunity for growth and raises. This position requires working weekends, holidays, and opening/closing the store. Shifts range from 5:00am-9:00pm.
