Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight:

Manage all restaurant activities during the shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and provide feedback to team members; delegate tasks and resolve issues; enforce company policies.

Guest Service:

Ensure exceptional guest experiences, greet guests, take orders, and serve food.

Financials :

Handle cash drawers, prepare deposits, and follow cash control guidelines.

Food Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and manage inventory/costs.

Administrative Duties:

Complete required paperwork, checklists, and support opening/closing procedures.

Training & Development:

Follow and implement the DHC Training Program to train new and existing staff.

Requirements & Skills Experience:

Prior food service or leadership experience often preferred.

Age/Education:

At least 18 years old, High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management.

Flexibility:

Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.

Physical Ability:

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50-75 lbs, and work in a hot, fast-paced environment.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
