About The Belt:

The Role:

We're hiring 2 full-time Shift Leaders to help run the floor and the line. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone ready to step up and take ownership of a shift. You'll be expected to lead from the front, support both FOH and BOH, and keep the operation moving under pressure.

What You'll Do:

Run shifts and manage service from start to finish Lead and support both front and back of house teams Step into any role as needed during peak volume Solve problems quickly and keep the team focused Handle guest issues, cash control, and comps Help train new hires and reinforce standards

What You Bring:

A few years of restaurant experience, including some leadership or key-holder responsibility Confidence working in both FOH and BOH environments Strong sense of urgency and accountability Ability to stay composed and make decisions during a rush Team-first mentality—no ego, just execution
