Shift Leader

Duties Lead daily shift operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, timely service, and customer satisfaction. Supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and hospitality. Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain compliance with health department guidelines. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure positive dining experiences and foster customer loyalty. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or food service management within quick service or casual dining environments. Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills; previous assistant manager experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate staff effectively. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform shift management tasks efficiently. Have flexible availability. Day and night shifts required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
