Shift Leader - Full-Time ($20-$25/hr) | Growth Opportunity The Belt is a fast-growing concept focused on hand-carved sandwiches and smash burgers. We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and teamwork. We're currently hiring 2 full-time Shift Leaders to help run day-to-day operations and support our growing team.

Schedule Expectations:

Full-time role (40 hours/week) Must be available for nights, weekends, and peak shifts Consistent scheduling provided

What You'll Do:

Lead shifts and manage service from start to finish Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams Step into any role as needed during busy periods Handle customer issues and keep service running smoothly Manage cash handling, comps, and basic reporting Help train new team members and maintain standards

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience Some leadership or key-holder experience preferred Comfortable working in both FOH and BOH environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Pay & Benefits:
