What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Shift Leader in the Dalton, Ga area. What you'll do: Monitor latex weight Ability to perform all job functions Have knowledge of all operating equipment Assist supervisor in any department tasks Manage and track production Maintain a clean and safe environment Assist in making daily job assignments Maintain positive work environment for all employee Ensure all Quality procedures are followed by each employee Maintain strict safety procedures for self, all employees and visitors within the area Assist and fill in on each job as needed Analyzes and resolves work problems. Assist in keeping work areas in a clean and orderly manner Any other duties required by supervisor What you have: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years coating department experience in various job titles Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team; work well with others and must show enthusiasm, initiate and pride in work Basic computer Skills (EXCEL and WORD) & AS400 Excellent attendance What you're good at: Demonstrate ability to give clear instructions Demonstrate ability to complete necessary paperwork Written communication, organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities, detail oriented and the ability to communicate with others Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions and interpret departments operating standards Must conform to safe work practices What else?
