Talented baristas with leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Duties Lead the coffee program:

order coffee, help craft seasonal beverages, manage coffee and bar item preparation, and help train all FOH employees on the coffee bar Help lead the team during service to ensure ticket times are met and quality food and beverages are being served Learn and familiarize yourself with all FOH positions (cashier, barista, runner) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations set by the Department of Agriculture Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, teas, smoothies, cocktails, beer/wine) Take orders and assist guests with any needs or questions Restock retail items and ensure proper display Ensure proper storage of all food and beverage items Assist in completing all other tasks required by FOH team Complete any additional tasks provide by upper management & ownership Qualifications ServSafe Certificate SC Alcohol Training Certificate Previous Leadership Experience (1-2 years minimum) Barista Experience (2-3 years minimum)

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
