Shift Leader/Night Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties:

• Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Train new employees on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
• Assist with food preparation and ensure food handling practices are followed
• Handle cash transactions and perform cash register duties
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in kitchen management, culinary, bartending, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and employee development
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
