Shift Manager ($16/hour + bonuses)

We are looking for an high energy individual who isn't afraid to work and loves people. Experience in leadership and the restaurant industry is preferred!

MANAGER TRAINING

+6 weeks: Manager Development Program followed by regular coaching to make sure you're ready to go!

PAY:

The initial pay will be $16/hour. Management Trainee will begin receiving bonuses once the Management Training is complete. Bonuses are based on the restaurant's performance and currently fall between $0-300 monthly.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT

Must have open availability. Each manager has a set schedule but still needs to be available to help cover when something unexpected happens.
