A Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining guest service in a convenience store by generating sales, maintaining a clean and organized store image, merchandising, pricing, cash register operations/Point of Sale (POS) and loss prevention in adherence with all Company/Store policies including brand and image standards. The primary responsibilities of a Shift Manager include but are not limited to: Ensure EVERY guest receives outstanding guest service. Ensure all shifts are fulfilling ' true north ready' standards. Address all customer suggestions or concerns and communicate these to the Store Manager. Lead by example in all areas including customer service, suggestive selling, cash handling, and attendance. Assist in training, motivating, and developing new and existing cashiers. Any other duties assigned by Management.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven success giving excellent customer service, accurate cash register operations, and cash handling. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours/days. Responsible for assisting in providing coverage on all shifts. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.

Pay:

$15.50 - $19.00 per hour
