Shift Manager

Shift Manager Positions Available - RollHouse Entertainment RollHouse is Northeast Ohio's premier entertainment destination, featuring upscale bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, premium dining, and a vibrant indoor/outdoor bar scene. We are currently seeking dynamic, hospitality-driven Shift Managers to join our leadership team. We are looking for hands-on leaders committed to delivering an Authentic Entertainment Experience . Schedule & Availability:

Full-time and part-time opportunities. Closing availability is required for Wednesdays, Thursdays, and weekends (Friday-Sunday).

Note:

Weekend shifts are shared across the team—you will not be expected to work every weekend night.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Support and motivate staff to maintain high service standards across all attractions and dining areas. Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, top-tier hospitality.

Qualifications:

A vibrant personality and a natural ability to lead a crew. A "get it done right" mentality. Previous hospitality or entertainment management experience is a plus, but the right attitude is essential.
