• Full-time Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Assist in the preparation and execution of special events or functions

Skills:

• Previous experience in food production
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to the industry
