Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, manage reservation scheduling, and handle all front desk communications with professionalism and enthusiasm Oversee daily staff routines, including coming in on time, set up tables reservation & side work for the day. Assist with staff training sessions, shift meetings, & maintaining floor assistance. Coordinate veterinary-related tasks such as assisting veterinary technicians or veterinarians during procedures and maintaining accurate records Supervise team members during shifts, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, outside patio, and restaurant/ bar areas. Requirements Prior experience in restaurants or bar service is highly desirable Strong background in hospitality is required.
