$23.00 - $25.00, DOE Full-Time, Onsite position

As a Shift Supervisor , you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support our behavioral health mentors. Every day you will participate and guide staff in facilitating experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities. Responsibilities:
The Shift Supervisor is a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures, and to support students in all aspects of daily life, ensuring their needs are met. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for aligning with the Residential Managers in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Chrysalis. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly. Ensure Student safety at all times. Achieve alignment with Residential Managers and Executive Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program. Integrate Chrysalis culture, norms, and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul. Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems. Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our students. Implement and facilitate State required trainings. Collaborate with various work groups.
Qualifications:
21+ years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Montana State laws Ability to pass federal and state background checks Current Montana driver's license or ability to obtain a Montana driver's license upon hire Ability to perform CPR and First Aid Ability to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention Preferred - one year of experience working with adolescent populations Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustments Ability to develop staff, lead a team and effectively demonstrate management duties
