    • ? What You'll Do
    • As our Shipping Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our products moving.
    Your day will include:
    + Verifying orders using part numbers, descriptions, and quantities + Packaging small and large items with care and efficiency + Building or modifying pallets/crates when needed + Preparing shipments in our ERP system + Printing packing slips & bills of lading + Scheduling LTL carriers and ensuring accurate pickup + Keeping shipments organized, protected, and correctly labeled + Maintaining clean, accurate, and complete shipping documentation Every package that leaves our facility has

    • ? Essential Skills
    • We're looking for someone with: + Packing, picking, and packaging experience + Shipping & receiving knowledge + Loading/unloading + Inventory awareness + General labor skills + Forklift operation (sit-down preferred)

    • + 1-2 years in shipping or warehouse operations + Forklift experience (big plus!) + Basic carpentry skills + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
