Shipping Administrator

Job Overview Service Specialists is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator. The Shipping Administrator is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining shipping records, communicating with carriers and customers, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Schedule First week:

Work 5 days at 8 hours per day Second week: Work 4 days at 9 hours per day Every other Friday off Responsibilities Prepare and process shipping documents, labels, and invoices Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments with carriers and vendors Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status Ensure orders are packed and shipped according to company standards Schedule pickups and deliveries as needed Assist with inventory control and data entry Follow company safety procedures and shipping regulations Qualifications Previous shipping, logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office or shipping software Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred #IND1
