Job Description

Shipping Clerk supporting shipping, dispatch, paperwork processing, and system-based warehouse documentation.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED with some office experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience Forklift experience Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) Previous ERP experience preferred Ability to maintain accurate records and reports Ability to follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials Ability to work on a computer for most of the day
Preferred Skills:
Experience with dispatching Experience shipping small UPS packages Experience scheduling LTL and TL pickups Experience receiving material in Syspro Experience processing services and non-stock material receipts in
Syspro Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full shipping process Schedule LTL and TL pickups Prepare dispatch paperwork Prepare packages and carrier labels Communicate in real time with production, scheduling, and customer service Sort outbound freight Palletize and shrink wrap freight Apply address labels to freight Attach SDS documentation to freight Verify bill of lading and packing slips for correct product information Confirm appointments at delivery destinations Notify supervisor of product or label discrepancies Coordinate with appropriate department heads Receive material in Syspro Process services and non-stock material receiving in
Syspro Pay:
