Full-time Job Description:

Woodport Doors, LLC, located in Shawano Wisconsin, is one of the largest manufacturers of quality custom Interior and Exterior wood doors. Woodport Doors, LLC. is currently seeking a motivated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

( Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following) Process incoming shipments, checking material for damage and verifying accurate counts. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurate and properly packaged. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Unload van, flat bed and side curtain trucks. Check in UPS, Fed-Ex, etc. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory control tasks as needed. Other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in shipping and receiving or a similar role preferred. Knowledge of order picking, packing and fulfillment processes. Ability to operate warehouse equipment with proficiency. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Capable of loading and unloading shipments safely and efficient. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older. Fulltime position, Monday through Thursdays, with some Friday work as needed. Position may require extended hours or overtime on occasion. Good attendance and punctuality is required for this position. High school diploma or equivalent required. Successfully pass a drug screen. Physical Demands /
