Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized Shipping Clerk with strong data entry and Excel skills to manage logistics for our print production facility in Calumet Park. You will handle complex shipping requirements for major retail clients, ensuring zero-error distribution.

Key Responsibilities Data Management:

Input high-volume shipping data into ERP and logistics software daily.

Spreadsheet Optimization:

Maintain, update, and sort complex client distribution lists in Excel.

Retail Compliance:

Review and apply strict routing guides for major retail clients.

Label Creation:

Generate accurate shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading (BOL).

Order Verification:

Double-check print quantities, versions, and destinations against manifests.

Carrier Coordination:

Schedule pickups and track shipments with freight and small-parcel carriers.

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of shipping/logistics experience, preferably in print or manufacturing.

Excel Skills:

Advanced proficiency (filtering, sorting, formatting, basic formulas like VLOOKUP).

Data Entry Speed:

High WPM/10-key speed with a proven track record of near-perfect accuracy.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to spot minor errors in large datasets or complex address lists.

Client Focus:

Experience handling strict, fine-driven shipping compliance for retail accounts.

Physical Ability:
