Shipping Associate:

You'll be: Receiving, inspecting, and preparing incoming shipments; verifying accuracy and checking for damage. Unloading products from trucks, staging, organizing, and storing materials in designated warehouse areas. Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts using established procedures. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment; ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and properly labeled. Performing SAP transactions and assisting with regular inventory counts. Keeping warehouse areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and 6S standards. Collaborating with team members and assisting in training new employees. Adhering to all safety protocols and reporting hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly. Assisting with other warehouse and stockroom tasks as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Bring a strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and solid communication skills. Are comfortable operating material handling equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks) or are willing to learn. Possess basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation. Are able to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Are adaptable and open to overtime when needed. Can read and interpret technical documents and inventory records. Have previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not required). Are willing to undergo on-the-job training, including SAP transactions within 30 days of hire. Understand OSHA standards and safety protocols, or are willing to learn.
