Shipping Associate

Overview Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team? We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to help prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments in a manufacturing environment in McGregor, MN. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Load trucks for outbound shipments Pick and prepare orders for shipment Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy Palletize and wrap outgoing product Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment Report inventory discrepancies and damaged packaging Maintain organized work areas and yard space Assist with inventory and shipping documentation Follow company safety procedures and standards Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous shipping or warehouse experience is a plus Forklift or telehandler experience preferred (training available) Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and reliability Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday Full-Time $18-$20/hr depending on experience If you're ready to join a hardworking team and build your skills in shipping and logistics, apply today!
