Shipping Associate (Evanston, WY)

Responsibilities Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a space that is clean and safe Prepare and complete product/orders for delivery to customers according to schedule (pick, pull, pack, wrap, label, ship) Process product/orders accurately Ensuring merchandise is in good condition, accurately accounted for, and delivered to customers on-time Receive and process warehouse stock products Inspect products for defects and damages and report any discrepancies Light assembly and packaging of products Ensures deliveries are ready upon truck arrival, and assists with loading merchandise As needed, drive to shipping outlets (USPS/UPS/FedEx) in order to drop off shipments Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Skills Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for fulfillment, and inventory restock Ability to walk up and down ladders/stairs, carrying boxes, product, and other necessary store related items Be friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and team member needs To meet the needs of our customers, this specialist must feel comfortable engaging in conversations with team members and/or customers to ensure correct products are delivered on time

Qualifications High School Diploma or higher 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets Basic understanding of off-road products a plus Ability to perform warehouse maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean Must have good organizational, time management, problem solving, and team player skills Must have accuracy and attention to detail Must have effective communication skills Must be self-motivated Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment - not required, but helpful Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability Monday through Friday (typical hours 8am-6pm) Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties Minimally must be able to safely lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance Must have reliable transportation to/from work site/s.
