The ideal candidate is highly energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with experience supporting warehouse and packaging operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30

PM Pay Rate:

$18.00/hour Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry Experience with order picking and inventory handling Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, or extended shifts as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Essential Functions Pick and process work orders using handheld scanners Organize and maintain inventory within assigned bin locations Accurately place materials in designated warehouse locations Perform cycle counts for components, raw materials, bulk goods, and finished products Conduct physical inventory counts as requested by management and submit results in a timely manner Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness Perform general warehouse duties as assigned Adhere to company safety policies related to material handling, forklift operation, and equipment use Follow company security procedures to protect merchandise, equipment, and company assets Conduct daily forklift inspections and ensure proper equipment use Participate in periodic warehouse inventory counts as needed Support shipping and receiving operations Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor #IND3
